These terms cover purchases of physical products through avelunemaison.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Ordering and contract
Product listings invite you to place an order. Before submitting it, review your items, address and total and correct any errors. Submitting the payment-order button places a binding order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only. A contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order by email or dispatch the goods. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
The checkout shows the final product prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods before you submit your order. Payment is processed using the selected payment provider.
4. Delivery
Delivery time is 3–5 days. Standard shipping is €4.99 below €59.90; orders meeting €59.90 after applicable discounts qualify for free shipping. Delivery is available to destinations accepted at checkout.
5. Offers
The 2+1 offer applies to participating perfumes: add three eligible items and the lowest-priced eligible item is free. The Travel Essential promotion has a €59.90 qualifying purchase requirement, excludes the Travel Essential itself and is limited to one complimentary item per order. These promotions are currently not combinable. Any discount applied is shown in the cart and checkout. A gift must be present in the cart for its discount to apply.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Eligible consumers have a statutory right to withdraw. See our withdrawal information and model form. Return address: Kakha Kereselidze, Südtirolerstraße 9, 4600 Wels, Austria. You bear the direct return shipping costs when exercising your withdrawal right. Statutory remedies for defective goods are unaffected.
7. Faults and complaints
Statutory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods are not restricted by these terms. Please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Reporting a problem does not replace or shorten statutory deadlines.
8. Applicable law
Austrian law applies without removing any mandatory consumer protection available in your country of habitual residence where that protection applies. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
