Right to withdraw
If you purchase as a consumer and the statutory withdrawal right applies, you may cancel the contract without giving a reason within 14 days. For a single delivery, the period starts when you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, it starts on receipt of the last item.

Send us an unambiguous statement that you wish to cancel, for example by email or letter. Sending the notice before the deadline preserves your right. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. A return authorisation or a reason for cancellation is not required.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we refund the payments received for the cancelled purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving the notice. Additional costs for a delivery option you selected above that standard service are not refundable. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without extra fees. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods arrive or you provide proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Returning goods
Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Dispatch within that period meets the deadline.

You bear the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your withdrawal right. Statutory remedies and cost allocation for defective goods remain unaffected.
You are responsible only for a loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
